April-May 2009 ~ Planting Seeds for One & All

I am working on the Taurus Update and will notify you when the website is completely updated. This is a potent mix of Aries, Taurus and Gemini ~ speaking DIRECTLY to the energy of the "Re-Birth" of *NOW*. The First, Second and Third Houses of the zodiacal wheel cover all aspects of your *INITIATION* in to this new existence. I had to list everything together just to get a snapshot. Now, add to the mix that you are 6 months (later) from the CREATIONS of Scorpio time (Oct/Nov 2008) ~ preparing for the pruning of all that you've created since then, with the upcoming Scorpio Full Moon (May 9, 2009). And you are completing One Year since Taurus time (Apr/May 2008) ~ what did you CULTIVATE from May 2008 to May 2009?

Now, April-May 2009, we create or improve our GARDEN of life, where we experience beauty and receive nutrient. What seeds will you plant this season? How will they reflect the major evolution you've undergone in light of Venus' 8 Year Cycle, Re-Birthing your IDENTITY? Who are you now? (vs. last May?) You must clarify your intentions to maximize the benefits of the current planetary energy and alignments. Venus Retrograde in Aries
Venus goes DIRECT this week! (Yay!) Anyone feeling this "turning point" energy? Venus' Retrograde this year has been truly intense and, though we're not totally out of the woods just yet, the intensity should be lifting a bit. Retrogrades are Divine Order ~ they actually present you with an opportunity to review what you are co-creating with the current energies. It is always a perfect time to tune in to see how things are working, how things are moving in the direction of your choosing and make adjustments as needed. Don't be upset when it is time to pull back and review, embrace it, you will be much more productive when it goes forward again.

Venus Direct in Pisces
The key to your ultimate transformation with Venus this week is going to have to do with what you are WILLING TO SACRIFICE for your greater good or the good of all involved or to live a life that reflects your personal, core values. Last week and next week, Venus basically pauses on the final degree or two of Pisces asking you to connect to that which you are sincerely ready to release or complete in your life, whatever is no longer a true reflection of what is important to you. Venus rules what we cultivate, our values and priorities, and those have shifted dramatically in the last 8 years for each of us. How did your *REVIEW* go for the last 6-weeks? Are you ready to integrate the *new* YOU?

Going forward, through Venus' Shadow Period, crossing over the same territory for a third and final pass, you will get to see first-hand what you've created and how you changed and begin to test your new values and the validity of your choices. Honor all of it! The whole Retrograde Process is about "introduction" (to the energy and lessons) ~ "review" (whatever comes to the surface during that time) ~ and "integration" (of new reality, truth and purpose). You've moved to a new level of existence and now you must figure out how to nurture and sustain it. (Bringing us to the next energy of Taurus/Scorpio, which will further anchor your changes.)

Pluto Retrograde in Capricorn
But first things first, the other reason it is so intense is Pluto just went Retrograde for the next several months provoking a deep delving for all. This too is a blessing, however it appears in your life/reality. We know how Pluto is moving the collective along, but as an individual, you should tune in to this energy for a final purge and purification of anything you've neglected, suppressed or allowed to fester and grow toxic in the dark corners of your Being, your Heart or your Mind, for far too long. I know, heavy duty, but you can handle it, one thing at a time, do the best you can and invite your Invisible helpers to assist. Again, choosing to work consciously with the energy will make its journey through whatever part of your chart easier to take and more productive in the end. Pluto is just introducing you to how you must "grow up" over the next 16 years. It's time to pull in and assess how you handle personal and professional responsibility (Capricorn) and if you have heeded the signs to move in to *heart-centered* work, by any means necessary (then Pluto's power is a delicious help). If you have coasted on the backs of others, ignored your own truths and essentially avoided reality on any or many levels, then this will be a tough (but necessary) review and adjustment period. Mercury Retrograde ~ Gemini/Taurus
More food for thought this week ... is that we are entering the Shadow Period for the upcoming Mercury Retrograde when it will briefly initiate Gemini (ideas, thoughts, concepts and communication) before it spends most of its 3+ week Retrograde Period moving back through Taurus, showing you where your ideas need to be grounded and practical ~ as well as ~ sensual, pleasurable and nourishing on a soul level. It will give you the opportunity to get very creative, with additional support by the solar/lunar energies of the month, Taurus/Scorpio, blending the visible and invisible powers to co-create on a whole new level.

And the final biggie (at the moment) to prepare for is Saturn going Direct May 16th. You have been actively re-structuring over the last several months, re-working systems to be more effective, healing aspects of your 3-D world/life and reviewing what elements of your mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, psychic and karmic reality can be strengthened going forward, or released altogether. How has the basic structure of your life and life's work *HEALED* over the last couple of years while Saturn as it teaches Virgo's lesson of trust and discernment ~ simple and effective ~ for long-term productivity?

*ALL* of this is just PREPARATION FOR ... (upcoming energies). As things move along, major and minor cycles are overlapping, knowledge and setting clear intentions will help you to be prepared and ready for anything. The Eclipses kicked off the year, indicating course corrections from last year's work, Venus' Retrograde slowed you down to review your values and priorities, Pluto Retrograde is slowing you down to distill (purify) all that has been revealed from the deepest part of your Being, then Mercury will Retrograde to review your thinking and ideas, then Saturn will go Direct and move your reality along in tangible, measurable ways ... it continues ... but I only want to plant the seeds of THIS TIME so you are better positioned when the magical and healing combined energies of Jupiter, Chiron and Neptune arrive thereafter. You have to see how it is all connected, related and weaving the many aspects of your life into something miraculous! One thing is leading to the next thing, to the next thing, assisting you on every level to create a more rich and authentic life, freeing you up to serve in new, vital and unique ways. Stay tuned!

MARS: The *KEY* to *NOW* ~ Heal Your Desire Nature & Honor Your Self

We have such major shifts going on, and things seem to be so 'rapid-fire', you may not always feel like you have the time or energy to process them completely. This is when you should invite your Invisible Assistants to pick up where you cannot continue. I heard someone say recently that they thought their guides must be busy with so many souls going through changes at this time that they are unavailable for them. And I want to tell you ... THERE IS NO TIME IN GOD!! Time, energy and resources, apparently limited by our human perspective, are all truly UNLIMITED for Great Spirit. You need only extend the invitation, open to receive the benefits and give gratitude faithfully. I am reminded of a poem Wayne Dyer used in his book, Your Sacred Self.

BROKEN DREAMS

This is a perfect illustration of Mars' typical impatience and Saturn's typical 'know it all' attitude. Let us find a Higher expression within. You want to work with both of these energies or they become toxic and will poison you and those around you. We are amidst a major cycle I would like to illuminate so you can have some food for thought. Mars rules our desire nature, our urge to *do* in the world, ruling our passions and that which motivates us to action. So, what do you REALLY WANT? out of life? out of relationships? out of a career? It's all very personal too! Saturn rules our definition of reality, what you consider "real" and the structure/foundation of your life. More importantly, Saturn rules your inner authority (and how you perceive authority in the world). So are you feeling stable and in-control of your own life or totally out of control and dominated by forces outside of you? I feel intuitively that understanding this energy is the key to navigating *now*. You have to be crystal clear about what you want and what you are will to be responsible for.

Mars' pattern or cycle is a two year process. Last July 2008, Mars initiated a new 2-year cycle with Saturn when they both got together in Virgo. Because of the larger Saturn/Uranus cycle, what may have been a simple initiation any other year, now takes on a much broader perspective and the results of your choices (and actions) will have long term reverberations.

So let's consider.

July 2008 ~ Mars gets together with Saturn in Virgo (and opposes Uranus in Pisces a month later, August 2008). This initiates a process. Saturn won't be in Virgo again for 30 years so this is your chance to anchor Virgo's HEALING of your true DESIRE for stability by your own definition and a major healing of your personal structure. What happens when these two get together is, your buttons get pushed because you realize that your reality (Saturn) actually does not truly reflect what you really want (Mars) and Mars energy wants to act but Saturn resists (for a variety of reasons - fear, doubt and all kinds of "realistic" inner dialogue that lists all the reasons why you can't really have what you want). Then you are ANGRY. This is actually a GOOD THING!! Rage to outrage, people, mobilize that energy - direct it - get fired up - you SHOULD be angry and yes, initially you will be angry with Self because in Virgo, ALL the flaws, mistakes and poor choices are glaringly obvious. Breathe. All is not lost. Bringing it in to your awareness is the first step.

December 2008 ~ Mars gets together with the Sun and Pluto in Capricorn pushing your buttons on who you are and what you want, along with Pluto's purifying principle. So if you did not do the work earlier, things intensified here. I ask you, over the last year, how have the things you want for your Being, your life, career & contribution, family & community all shifted? Are things you used to deeply believe changed dramatically? I am finding in my own life and in my dealings with other people that most people's ideas and concepts of who they are and where they would be by this time in their lives have all changed in ways they could've never predicted. It's all good. (I know - it doesn't always *feel* good - but TRUST SPIRIT!)

I remind you of the cycles of ... Initiation ~ Test ~ Integration ~ Test ~ Completion/Initiation. AND I remind you that in Virgo/Pisces, you are definitely working the half-way/completion modes of your life and Being where Mars (what you want) and Saturn (your reality and foundation/structure) are concerned.

April 2009 ~ Mars now joins Uranus in Pisces (and opposes Saturn in Virgo) causing change, ready or not, here it comes. No less anger or frustration with the process or the aspects of your Being or life being illuminated which you have relegated to the dark corners of your mind and dropped the veil of illusion telling your Self all is .... (fill in the blank - your delusion of choice). Breathe.

My recommendation for this time is stillness first and foremost. The truth is you still have a year to pull it together and maximize the benefits of these three planets getting together. Mars, Saturn and Uranus. Pure desires. Inner authority. Authentic freedom and liberation from the past. Virgo/Pisces ~ purity and bliss ~ physical/spiritual integration and mastery ~ trust and discernment. Are these not worth the effort and investment of time and energy to clarify your intentions to the Universe? You are so beautifully supported for a HEALING above all else where these energies and entities are concerned. You can heal the Mars part of your Being so that you are loving what you do and doing what you love ~ being a Spiritual Warrior ~ leading the way with passion! You can heal the Saturn part of your Being so that you are truly the author of your own life story, responsible for all that you are and all that you create and share in the world, making your contribution so that the world is slightly better than the day before. You can heal the Uranus part of your Being that MUST BE FREE ~ that aspect of your Soul which cannot be caged or contained ~ that aspect that KNOWS there is more to the very essence of your existence and truly, deeply believes in the Oneness of the Infinite Universe.
